Im trying to lose weight and I want to do it the healthy way. I need or would like to at least lose 20-30 pounds.I have been researching and I am willing to change my diet as I do drink a tremondous amount of pop a day. I am also willing to exercise because I do not do any form of it right now. I am just wondering what food diet I should try. Any advice would be great. {Examples:Slim Fast, weight watchers,south beach}
