Can do cardio exercises keep your metabolism up and stop your body from going into starvation mode from not eating enough calories a day?
I know it is not healthy so you don’t need to tell me that and I don’t need advice on healthier ways to lose weight.
I do eat, just not a lot. Like today for breakfast I have a bowl of plain oatmeal with raisins and lunch I had an egg white omlett with spinach, tomatos and light laughing cow cheese.
