That is simple. You should now that our ancestors gave us this predisposition. In those times, when people were hunters they never had enough of food. So when they did catch some meat, their self protective body mechanism stored every little bit of the food into a fat. Now they could stay longer with not much food intake, because the fat deposits would slowly turn into energy needed for their daily lives.

In these days it works the same. When you starve yourself, your protective body mechanism does not know that you are on a diet. It simply starts to break down your fat deposits for energy. Which is good thing right? But…. Yes there is a but. Then your body starts to break down muscles as well and we need muscle to burn fat. Do you see where I am going now? Then it will continue like this. You will get some food into your system and now your body thinks that it could be a long time before you eat something again, therefore the food you eat will turn into fat automatically!

So to shrink belly fat, you will need not to starve yourself. You should actually eat more. Much more! Now do not get me wrong. I am not suggesting that you will start eating 5 McDonald’s meals per day with 2 buckets of ice cream at night while watching you favorite TV show like Dr House for example.

What I am suggesting is to eat at least every 3 hours or so. Starting with nice fresh breakfast, following some snack, then lunch, snack again and dinner. You will have to choose the food that actually help you to burn fat rather then selecting boiled pigs knee or bacon all the time.

But you should be able to find foods you love and mix them up into a delicious, healthy and fat burning meals you will never have enough of.

What Exercise You Can Do To Shrink Belly Fat?

That is all up to you. I believe that any type of exercise is good for your body and it will certainly shrink your belly fat. But if I give you exercise routines you do not enjoy, then you will not do it and therefore you will never lose belly fat or you will never see you six pack ABS.

The big mistake many people do is pick an exercise routing and do not stick to if for long enough. Well, I guess they did not enjoy it in the first place. Because when you enjoy something, you will never stop doing it, am I right?

Now you can truly see why diets can not work. They never did work and never will. Because when you go on weight loss diet, you do it only for certain periods of time. So if I will ever listen to these weight loss diets gurus, claiming that their bogus diet is the best damn thing on this planet, I will never lose belly fat.

Why? Because I will not enjoy their style of “losing weight”!

You should be the same. You should customize your own ways of eating, your way of doing exercise based on what you like and enjoy. Besides you are the only person that knows something about you. No diet guru ever came to your house to see how you live, how much time a day you have, what your hobbies are etc… Is that correct? I though so. So start listening your own instincts.

Obviously you should learn some basics about foods and how they affect your body. Learn about different exercises you can do in your free time. Then just pick the one you would enjoy. It is very simple. Do not do it more complicated.
